Spicy Honey Mezcal Lemonade

Ingredients
1½ tablespoon Savannah Bee Company Hot Honey (sold in store) or honey of your choice plus more for garnish
¼ cup mezcal
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices and jalapeño slices for garnish

Directions
Stir together the hot honey, mezcal, and lemon juice in a glass or cocktail shaker until the honey dissolves. Pour into an ice-filled glass.
To Serve: Garnish with lemon slices and jalapeño slices and drizzle with more honey, if desired.
Tip: Wear gloves when slicing the jalapeño to avoid inadvertent burns.
