Black Current Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Our Aged Balsamic  is naturally infused with floral and sweet black currant. This rich, unique balsamic  is tart and amazingly complex.  Pair with pungent salty cheeses, use in salads, over yogurt or to dress fresh fruit salad.
Average of 4% acidity.
Our naturally infused balsamic is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
