Ingredients:
¾ cup ketchup
½ cup Buona Cucina Hot Honey Specialty Vinegar
½ cup Bourbon Barrel Sorghum (sold in store), molasses, or brown sugar (your choice)
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Simmer gently over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use immediately or let cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Serve on ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, burgers, or any favorite grilled dish.
Tip: For a spicier kick, add ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes while simmering.
