Crisp Champagne Slaw with EVOO

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the slaw mix.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Buona Cucina Champagne Vinegar, honey, and Picual EVOO.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
