Lemon Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1-pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons Buona Cucina Milanese Gremolata Infused Oil

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

1 tablespoon Buona Cucina Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with Buona Cucina Milanese Gremolata Infused Oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast for 10–12 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

Transfer to a serving platter and top with shaved Parmesan and lemon zest.

Finish with a drizzle of Buona Cucina Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar before serving.

Chef Tip

For even more flavor, add the balsamic drizzle while the asparagus is still warm, so it lightly coats each spear.
