You can use Flipping the Bird for some baked chicken wings which is perfect if your family prefers to have their chicken wings a bit more on the tame side. I also used this on both scrambled eggs and roasted oven chicken.As with most of our blends we recommend using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken. You can always add more if you want more flavor.
