Shipping

Buona Cucina currently ships to the United States from our store in Pennsylvania.

We do not ship internationally. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to international re-shippers once the initial delivery has been made.

HOW WE SHIP

We ship to the United States using FedEX shipping service.

Orders typically have a 1-2 business day timeline for picking and packing, however, this timeline may be extended after a sale or during peak shopping periods.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

No matter the service level selected, shipping address accuracy is important. Any customer who submits incorrect shipping address information will be subject to any change or return fees set by the carrier. We will not reship an order or subsequent orders until due fees are paid.

If you notice you made a mistake on a recent order please contact us ASAP to request a change. If the package is still in our possession we will make the change free of charge.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIMES

Once an order ships via FedEX Ground, the package should arrive within 1-6 business days, depending on your location.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you have a deadline requirement for your delivery, we recommend you choose FedEX 2 day or overnight shipping when you place your order.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on any orders that are shipped, unless the order was damaged during shipping (see Damages section below).

If an order is refused and returned to us by FedEX, a refund will be issued less our restocking fee of $12.99.

DAMAGES

For products that have been damaged during transit, please contact us, so that we can determine a resolution.

Note: in order to resolve your issue we will require photos of the damaged product, the interior packaging, and the shipping box with label visible.
