Ingredients
2 ½ lbs sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled & diced
¼ cup Buona Cucina Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil
¼ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Savannah Bee Company orange honey
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp Buona Cucina Vietnamese Cinnamon
Buona Cucina Pure Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling
Directions
Place diced sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook 8–10 minutes, until fork-tender.
Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add the Blood Orange Olive Oil, chicken broth, orange honey, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon.
Mix with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle with Pure Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
