Ingredients:
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp Buona Cucina Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Buona Cucina Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic
- 4 tbsp Buona Cucina Infused Basil Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Buona Cucina Mesquite Salt
- 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into large cubes
- Buona Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
Directions:
- Toast almonds in a pan with cayenne pepper until lightly golden, then set aside to cool.
- Make vinaigrette by mixing blackberry balsamic, basil olive oil, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
- Drizzle bread cubes with olive oil, season with mesquite salt, toast in the oven at 350°F for 12-15 mins, then cool.
- To assemble salad, place arugula on a plate, top with blackberries, spiced almonds, feta cheese, and mesquite croutons.
