TRUST US!! This will be the first appetizer to go at any gathering and EVERYONE will want to know how you did it!
Ingredients:
16 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Bacon Pepper Dip (sold in store only but call and I can ship)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Buona Cucina Pennsylvania Pepper
3 cooked slices of bacon, diced small
3 leafs of lettuce
Sub Hot Pepper Bacon Jam or Bacon Pepper Dip for a delicious twist!
Directions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients, form mixture into a ball and chill for 30 minutes. Roll the cheeseball in diced bacon. Line plate with lettuce leaf’s set cheeseball on top of lettuce to serve. Enjoy!
