Blueberry Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

1 rack pork ribs

Buona Cucina Deep South Rub, as needed

1 Cup  Buona Cucina Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup brown sugar

1 shallot, finely diced

2 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Buona Cucina Deep South Rub (for BBQ sauce)

Directions:

Season & Roast the Ribs:

Rub pork ribs generously with Buona Cucina Deep South Rub on both sides.

Place ribs on a parchment-lined sheet pan, cover with foil, and roast at 300°F for 3 hours until tender.

Make the Blueberry BBQ Sauce:

In a saucepan over high heat, sauté shallots and garlic until translucent.

Add Buona Cucina Aged Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar and bring to a simmer. Reduce slightly.

Stir in tomato paste, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp Buona Cucina Deep South Rub. Simmer until thickened. Let cool.

Glaze & Serve:

Brush the ribs with the blueberry balsamic BBQ sauce before serving.

Slice and enjoy!
