Cilantro & Roasted Onion Salsa Verde

Ingredients
10 Tomatillos (husks removed)

1 white onion

1 jalapeno

1 bunch of cilantro

2 Buona Cucina Dried de Arbol Chiles (for a little heat)

2 Limes Juiced

2 Tablespoons Buona Cucina Cilantro & Roasted Infused Oil

3 Tablespoons Savanah Bee Company Acacia honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Roast tomatillos, white onion, and jalapenos in oven or on the grill until nice and toasted.

Add de Arbol Chiles to a pan and toast (if you like the heat)

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Add to a blender or food processor.

Blend adding oil slowly.

Add toasted chiles, honey, lime juice, cilantro,

Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. May also add more lime juice if needed.
