Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Pickled Onions

Ingredients
1 red onion sliced thinly

1 c Buona Cucina Apple Cider Vinegar

½ c Buona Cucina Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar

¾c brown sugar

2 cinnamon sticks

Directions
Toast cinnamon sticks. About 1 minute.

Add vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.

Add brown sugar and dissolve.

Remove the mixture from heat and pour over the thinly sliced onions. Refrigerate and let cool for about 2 hours. Store in airtight container for 5-7 days.
