Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Que Abides Great Googily Moogily BBQ sauce or BBQ sauce of your choice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon Buona Cucina Brew Pub Fry Seasoning
Juice of half a lime
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, barbecue sauce, brew pub fry seasoning,, brown sugar, lime juice, sour cream, and shredded Cheddar. Mix until evenly combined.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir to combine, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Top the dip with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
Bake until warmed through and the cheese is bubbly, usually around 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips and enjoy your creamy BBQ chicken dip!
