Ingredients:
12 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, and halved (yolks separated)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp capers
2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 package smoked salmon, sliced
½ cup pickled red onion
Buona Cucina Everything Bagel Seasoning, as needed
Buona Cucina Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar, as needed
Directions:
Prepare the Eggs: Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Set the whites aside.
Make the Filling: In a food processor, blend the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, capers, and fresh dill until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the creamy yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Add Toppings: Place a small, rolled slice of smoked salmon on each egg. Top with a few pieces of pickled red onion.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with Buona Cucina Everything Bagel Seasoning and drizzle with Buona Cucina Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar. Serve immediately and enjoy!
