Ingredients
1 lb pulled pork
1 tablespoon Buona Cucina Chili Powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon neutral oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Buona Cucina Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Top with Fig Balsamic Cabbage Slaw & Fig Pickled Red Onions

Directions
In a bowl, combine pulled pork, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, neutral oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil if needed.
Add the pork and sauté until hot and slightly caramelized.
In a small saucepan, simmer Buona Cucina Fig Balsamic until reduced by half, creating a thick glaze.
Drizzle the reduced balsamic over the pork and toss to coat.
Warm the tortillas and fill each with pulled pork.
Top with Fig Balsamic Cabbage Slaw & Fig Pickled Red Onions
