Ingredients:
1 tbsp Buona Cucina White Truffle Gourmet Oil (for popping the corn)
½ cup popcorn kernels
1 tbsp Buona Cucina White Truffle Gourmet Oil (for drizzling)
¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano your choice
Salt and Buona Cucina Pennsylvania Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of Buona Cucina White Truffle Gourmet Oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Test the Temperature: Add 2 popcorn kernels to the skillet. Once they pop, the oil is ready.
Pop the Kernels: Add the remaining popcorn kernels, cover the skillet, and let them pop. Shake the skillet gently back and forth several times to cook all the kernels evenly.
Transfer the Popcorn: Remove the skillet from heat and pour the popcorn into a large serving bowl.
Add Seasonings: Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Buona Cucina White Truffle Gourmet Oil over the popcorn. Sprinkle with salt, Buona Cucina Pennsylvania Pepper, and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
Toss and Serve: Toss the popcorn to combine the toppings evenly. Serve warm and enjoy this gourmet treat!

You can always add more oil, but remember you can’t take it away. Add a little at a time to achieve your perfect flavor balance.
