Ingredients:
6 oz feta cheese
¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1–2 tbsp Buona Cucina Harissa Infused Olive Oil (adjust to taste)
Zest of ½ lemon
Warm flatbread or pita, for serving
Buona Cucina Za’atar Seasoning, for garnish
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, and harissa olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture onto a serving plate.
Drizzle with additional harissa olive oil and sprinkle with lemon zest.
Finish with a light dusting of za’atar seasoning.
Serve immediately with warm flatbread or pita for dipping.
Tip: For extra flavor, chill the spread for 15–20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
