A fruity, healthy shrub for mocktails or cocktails.
Ingredients:
2 cups Buona Cucina Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup peeled, sliced kiwi
1 cup chopped strawberries
Fresh mint leaves (a few sprigs)
8 cups chilled sparkling water
Ice (optional, for serving)
Directions:
In a 1-liter mason jar or container, add kiwi, strawberries, and mint.
Pour in the mango balsamic vinegar.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours to infuse.
Strain out the solids and store the shrub in the fridge (keeps up to 1 month).
To serve, mix 1–2 tablespoons of shrub with 8 oz chilled sparkling water. Add ice if desired.
Makes 16–32 servings depending on your taste.
