Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked and shelled langostino lobster
- 2 cups small diced watermelon
- 1 cup small diced cucumber
- ½ cup diced avocado
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp Buona Cucina Persian Lime Infused Oil
- 2 tbsp Buona Cucina Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine langostino lobster, diced watermelon, cucumber, avocado, red onion, lime juice, Persian lime olive oil, and coconut white balsamic vinegar.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
