Ingredients
4 Cups of Sour Cream
2 ½ Cups Mayonnaise or Plain Greek yogurt
Zest of 1 Lemon
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
1 Minced Shallot
½ Cup Fresh Dill
1 teaspoon Buona Cucina Greek Lemon Fused Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Cup lightly pulsed Capers (drain & rinse 1st)
Directions
Using a food processor or ninja: Mince the shallots first, then add all other ingredients except for the capers.
Empty food processor into a bowl and add capers to the food processor. Lightly pulse them and add to your mixture until incorporated.
Enjoy on latkes, veggies, fish, ect…..
