Ingredients:

4 eggs, scrambled

1 portobello mushroom, sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

1 cup spinach

2 oz burrata cheese
-
Buona Cucina Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar, as needed

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Caramelize the Onions – Sauté onions with a little oil over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Cook the Veggies – Add mushrooms and spinach; cook until tender. Set aside.

Make the Frittata – Heat a non-stick pan with Wild Mushroom & Sage Infused Oil. Pour in eggs, season, and cook until partially set.

Add Fillings – Gently lift the eggs to let the uncooked portion flow underneath. Add caramelized onions, mushrooms, and spinach.

Finish with Burrata – Turn off the heat, add burrata, cover for 1-2 minutes, and drizzle with Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
