Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
2 tablespoons Runamok Salted Caramel Maple Syrup (sold in store)
½ teaspoon Mexican Vanilla (sold in store)
Pinch of sea salt (optional, for extra salted caramel flavor)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more maple syrup.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before using.
