Spicy Cheddar Sausage Balls!

Ingredients

For the Sausage Balls:

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 Tbsp Buona Cucina Cajun Seasoning (Creole-style)

1 Tbsp Buona Cucina Brew Pub Garlic Fry Seasoning

1 lb ground pork sausage

1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 green onions, finely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, Buona Cucina Cajun Seasoning, and Garlic Fry Seasoning.

In a large bowl, crumble the raw sausage. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and the flour mixture.

Mix with clean hands until fully combined and the mixture holds together.

Scoop and roll into 1-tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
