Strawberry Kiwi Rosé Fizz

Ingredients

2 cups Buona Cucina Strawberry Kiwi Rosé White Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped

8 cups chilled sparkling water (no sodium added)

Directions
In a one-liter mason jar or container add the strawberries and kiwi. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the fruit. Refrigerate and allow to infuse for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours for a stronger flavor. Strain out the fruit and transfer the shrub to a sealed container. Store refrigerated for up to one month.

To Serve (Sparkling Drink)
Add 1–2 tablespoons of the shrub to 8 oz. chilled sparkling water. Stir gently and serve over ice if desired.

To Serve (Cocktail Option)
Add 1–2 tablespoons of shrub to a glass with ice. Pour in 1–2 oz. vodka, gin, or prosecco, then top with sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with fresh strawberry or kiwi.
