Ingredients
¼ cup Buona Cucina Strawberry Kiwi Rosé White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Savannah Bee Lavender Honey (sold in store)
¼ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
¼ cup fresh kiwi, chopped
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
4 oz vodka or rum (optional)
Directions
Make the Shrub Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, lavender honey, strawberries, and kiwi. Heat over low heat until the fruit breaks down and thickens into a syrup.
Remove from heat, strain the syrup, and let it cool.
Assemble the Spritzer
Fill a glass with ice. Add 2 tablespoons of the shrub syrup and vodka or rum if desired. Top with sparkling water and stir to combine.
Garnish & Serve
Garnish with fresh mint or extra fruit slices for a refreshing, tangy spritzer.
