Ingredients
1 cup ricotta
1 ½ Tablespoons Buona Cucina Mushroom & Sage Infused Oil
⅓ cup fresh chives
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Buona Cucina Roasted Garlic Pepper
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix the Dip
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, Buona Cucina Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, chives, minced garlic, Buona Cucina Roasted Garlic Pepper, and black pepper.
Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Taste & Adjust
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
Serve with toasted bread, fresh veggies, or crackers.
