Rosemary Cheesy Potatoes!!

 Ingredients:

3 medium size potatoes

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2-3 teaspoons Buoan Cucina Rosemary Fused Oil or try Tuscan Herb, Garlic, Chipotle, I could go on and on.

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper for taste

1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley

 

Directions

Boil till 3/4 tender. Cut potatoes into two and then slice into medium size pieces with the skin on.
Place potatoes and rosemary oil into a bowl.

Mix in butter and season with a small of salt and pepper.
Spread potatoes on a baking tray.

Bake at 375f for about 15 mins or until the outer layer becomes light brown in color.
(In between, turn potatoes over to brown the other side).

Pick the potatoes with a thong and place of a serving plate.
Sprinkle cheese and some fresh cut parsley on top.

Serve while hot.
