Diana’s Fig Appetizers to Die For

Ingredients

12 slices baguette
2Tbls. Buona Cucina Butter Infused Oil
Buona Cucina Thai Ginger Sea Salt
3 slices 30-month aged Prosciutto, crisped in microwave for 30 seconds, broken into pieces
4 oz. Package Goat Cheese
Caramelized Fig Jam (from Buona Cucina)
Denissimo Balsamic Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Arrange 12 slices of baguette on a cookie sheet.  Brush the top of each slice with the olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of the sea salt over the slices. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.  Once the slices have cooled, spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each slice, followed by a thin layer of fig jam and top with pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle balsamic over each slice of baguette.
