Bacon Brie Phyllo Bites with Raspberry Glaze

Ingredients:

4 strips bacon, cut into small pieces

¼ wheel brie cheese, cut into small pieces

1 jar Raspberry & Star Anis Cheese Pairing (sold in store)

2 packages phyllo pastry cups

Runamok Merquén-infused maple syrup, for drizzling (sold in store)

Directions:

Place bacon pieces in a cold, large sauté pan. Set to medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp, and fat is rendered. Transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.

Arrange phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet. Fill each cup with a bit of bacon, a piece of brie cheese, and a teaspoon of Raspberry & Star Anis.

Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted, and cups are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and drizzle each pastry with Merquén-infused maple syrup.

Serve these delicious bacon brie phyllo bites warm!
