Ingredients:
1 head Cauliflower (cut into large florets)
1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
½ cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Buona Cucina Flipping the Bird Seasoning
4 oz Buttermilk
Buffalo Sauce (for brushing)
Directions
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and Flipping the Bird Seasoning.
Add buttermilk and whisk until the batter is thick yet fluid.
Coat the Cauliflower:
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Place the battered florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast or Air-Fry:
Roast at 450°F or air-fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Add Buffalo Sauce:
Remove from the oven, brush each piece with buffalo sauce, and return to the oven for 10 minutes to crisp up.
Finish and Serve:
Brush on another layer of buffalo sauce before serving warm.
Enjoy these spicy, crispy cauliflower bites as a healthier alternative to traditional wings!
