Ingredients
1 English cucumber, sliced
2–3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil, and/or dill, optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh herbs.
Drizzle with Buona Cucina Wild Fern-Leaf Dill Oil and Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
