INGREDIENTS
1 large salmon fillet (You’ll need about 6 ounces per serving)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Buona Cucina Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
Juice of ½ lemon

COOKING DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place salmon fillet skin side down on baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar and Salish Alderwood Smoked Salt (fine grain). Sprinkle liberally over salmon.
Squeeze lemon over salmon and gently pour on melted butter to cover.
Bake salmon until opaque in the center about 18-22 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
