Ingredients
For Balsamic Grapes:
2 heaping cups red grapes
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (sold in store)
2 tablespoons Buona Cucina EVOO or try Buona Lemon, Orange oil or your choice
2 tablespoons Buona Cucina Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic of your choice
For Whipped Feta:
One 8-ounce block feta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1 lemon (zested + 2 tablespoons lemon juice)
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Crostini (for serving)
Directions
Roast the Grapes:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss grapes with balsamic glaze, olive oil, and vinegar in a baking dish. Roast for 15-20 minutes until softened and slightly split. Let cool.
Make Whipped Feta:
Blend feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
Assemble & Serve:
Spread whipped feta on a platter, top with roasted grapes, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crostini. Enjoy!
